About Us
Building got faster. Timelines got fuzzy.
We kept watching brilliant engineering teams miss deadlines, not because the technology failed, but because project management couldn't keep pace. Agilow exists to close that gap.

Who we are
Agilow is a team of founders, engineers, and researchers from Carnegie Mellon University. We came together because we kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant technical teams falling short of their goals not because the technology didn't work, but because execution couldn't keep up with the technology.
We started Agilow to fix that.
Why us
We've experienced this problem from every angle.
Our team brings engineering experience from Lyft, Zillow, and Collins Aerospace, where missed deadlines on programs cost millions. Years of agile coaching across regulated industries, where we watched leaders burn out trying to translate engineering reality into something executives could act on. And HCI research developed alongside Carnegie Mellon's human-computer interaction faculty, which shapes how we approach every problem — by deeply understanding the people doing the work before designing the systems around them.
We met at Carnegie Mellon University, and we're backed by Jackson Square Ventures. Today, we work with companies across aviation robotics, life sciences, and AI infrastructure — and we're just getting started.
